Spa Reservations and Cancellations
Advance reservations for services are highly recommended. Prior to your arrival, please call (506) 2630 9071 or 2630 9076 to make your appointment. Please be sure to inform us at the time of booking your reservation if you have a gender preference for your therapist, if you have any health conditions, or if you are pregnant. If you must change or cancel your appointment, please notify the spa at least four hours in advance to avoid being charged a 20% cancellation fee. Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and pleasures. Treatments will be finished on time, so the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged regardless if you arrived tardy. Cancellation of packages or group reservations requires 48 hours advanced notice.

Time for Relaxing!
For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest you arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled spa service. This will allow time to relax and take advantage of our lovely facility. To receive the most benefit from our treatments, especially body wraps, scrubs, and massage treatments, we recommend that all clothing is removed. However, if you are more at ease wearing undergarments, please do so. During all treatments, the body is fully draped at all times. Only the area being worked on by the therapist is exposed, then it is covered before moving on. It is highly recommended that you shower prior to all services for better absorption of product as well as your comfort. For gentlemen receiving facials, we recommend that shaving is done the night before to avoid any possible sensitivities.

Spa Etiquette
Our guests come to escape, retreat and recharge. Spa guests must be at least 18 years old. Children may not accompany guests during spa services and cannot be left unattended in the spa. Electronic devices must be left in your room and will not be permitted in the spa. We provide robes, slippers and locker-room amenities. Please remove all jewelry and other valuables prior to arrival and store it in a safe location such as your room’s complimentary safe.

Gratuities
Gratuities of 10%-15% are customary, but they are also a matter of personal discretion and should reflect your satisfaction. You may choose to leave gratuities in cash or charge them to your guestroom or credit card.
